This weekend our management team attended our clients' annual "Keys to Success" yearly kickoff meeting in San Antonio, Texas at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Club
. It was a weekend of networking, workshops, recognizing pace-setting office owners, and celebrating goals that were achieved in 2013. The weekend began Friday night with a welcome reception for the newer managers to get to know each other and network with more established office owners from other markets. The next morning began with a general session meeting where over five million dollars was given in bonuses to individual office owners, as well as the top performing manager for each client were awarded the annual "campaign cup"for 2013. Next came the highlight of the weekend when every one heard from the weekend's keynote speaker. Who you ask? Why none other that 3 time Super Bowl champ and current ESPN analyst Darren Woodson! He spoke about growing up, his football career, and the challenges that we all face on a daily basis.
After the general session the afternoon was filled with workshops on various topics and a dinner and reception Saturday evening. Afterwards we had an opportunity to go out and explore what the town had to offer, including the San Antonio River Walk, and other local attractions. All and all a good time was had by all as we all look forward to an exciting and productive 2014
